Thank you for visiting my profile.

I understand that buying a home is probably the biggest decision that you can make, and I would like you to know that if you work with me, that we'll be working together every step of the way to make this journey a memorable success.

I truly believe that a successful agent doesn't just find or sell a house, but they find or sell “home.”  I know that my calling in the world was to be that person to help others find, or sell their home.  My purpose and pleasure in life is to be a part of your life story, and to be the friend that helped you find your next home and start the next chapter in your life.  I promise to not only listen to you and your needs as a home buyer or seller, but to always put your needs ahead of mine.  My relationships with my clients never end at the sale, as my clients and I have a friendship for life.

For the last 10 years, I've been successfully selling real estate, and was actually trained to sell homes in a down market.  You can count on me to get you top dollar for your home, and to negotiate the best price on your next home.  I understand this market,  as I was born and raised here in the Northshore and Lake County area my whole life, and I am raising my family here in Lake County.

So whether you select me to sell your home, find you your next home, help find you a rental home or a tenant for your rental, you can count on me and the SMARTER, BOLDER, FASTER real estate services of CENTURY21 Kreuser & Seiler to get the job done.

More about me:

I am the luckiest man in the world, married to my beautiful wife Kimberly, and I am blessed to have two amazing boys, Jonah and Jayden.   Jonah is a 10 year old movie buff / drummer in training / Lego Aficionado.  Jayden is my 2.2 year old son / fearless daredevil / milk connoisseur.  As a family we enjoy riding our bicycles and enjoying every facet of the great outdoors, minus bugs, (we're not bug people).

I can speak Russian fluently.  Some of my other passions in life revolve around music and food.  I love to play the guitar, bass and drums and I absolutely LOVE to cook (and eat said food).

Northeastern Illinois University: B.A. Communications / Minor: Justice Studies (Pending)

My Heroes:

My parents: for leaving the old country with my brother and only $90 in their pocket in search of a better life for their family here in America.  For taking that courageous leap without even knowing a single word in English.  My dad for working many weeks at a time away from his family and doing everything in his power to make sure his family never went to sleep at night hungry.  For starting a successful remodeling / construction company and teaching me that I can achieve anything with enough hard work and an unbreakable will.
